The property features a drive thru and a mix of strong regional and local tenants, The building is located at a signalized intersection and is positioned parallel to the main thoroughfare and has excellent visibility. We were able to lease the remaining space in the property and sold the property in 2016. We exchanged this center in to the Florin West acquisition.
